Pitt Travels to Penn State for PSU National Open

PITTSBURGH – The Pitt track and field team travels to Penn State for their fourth meet of the indoor season and second meet held at the Multi-Sport Facility and Horace Ashenfelter III Indoor Track in University Park, Pa this year. Events begin Friday morning and continue through Saturday evening.

LAST TIME OUT – HOKIE INVITATIONAL
- The women of Pitt were victorious in two events at the Hokie Invitational. Freshman Olivia Bufalini earned the first victory of the weekend in the 800m race in which she crossed the line in 2:13.43. Bufalini was named a PNC Achiever of the Week by Pitt Athletics for her accomplishment.
- The foursome of Success Duruzor, Logan Neely, Mackenzie Sullivan, and Lydia Bottelier capped off the Hokie Invitational with a win in the 4x400m relay, running a season best relay time of 3:42.18.
NEXT UP
The Panthers will be off for a weekend before splitting competition between the Clemson Tiger Paw Invite and the Boston University Valentine Invitational on February 9th and 10th.
