2024 Outdoor: Appeared in five outdoor meets for the Panthers this season. Achieved two personal bests with a second place 130'10" (38.89m) in the discus throw at the 2024 Carnegie Mellon Track & Field Invitational (Mar. 29-30, 2024) (where she also placed second in the hammer throw for 166'7" (50.77m)), and a fifteenth place hammer throw of 170'1" (51.84m) at the Virginia Challenge (Apr. 19-20, 2024). Competed in the ACC Outdoor Track & Field Championships (May 9-11, 2024), placing thirteenth in the discus throw with 129'3" (39.40m) and fifteenth in the hammer throw with 166'11" (50.89m).

2023-2024 Indoor: Competed in five meets during her senior season... Had a career weighted throw of 56' 4" (17.17m) at the Hokie Invitational and placed eleventh (Jan. 19-20)... Placed 4th at the 2023 YSU Indoor Track and Field Icebreaker (Dec. 1, 2023) throwing 54' 7.5" (16.65m)...Finished 18th at the ACC Indoor Track & Field Championships (Feb. 22-24, 2024) with a weighted throw of 55' 4.75" (16.88m).

2023 Outdoor: Did not compete in any meets for the Panthers.

2022-23 Indoor: Did not compete in any meets for the Panthers.

2022 Outdoor: Appeared in three meets for the Panthers... Placed second place in the WVU Stan Romanoski Open (Mar. 18-19) in both shot put throwing (11.64m,38’ 2.25”) and hammer throw of 48.64m (159’ 7”) … placed 37th at the Raleigh Relays (Mar. 24-26) … Placed fifth at the Robert Morris Mid-Week PR Bonanza (Apr. 6) with a hammer throw of 46.29 m (151’ 10”).

2021-2022 Indoor: Competed in three indoor meets as a sophomore … Threw for a distance of 42' 1.5" (12.84m) in shot put at the YSU Icebreaker, good for fifth place (Dec. 3) … Place ninth in the weight throw at the Virginia Tech Elite Meet (Feb. 4) with a distance of 51' 10" (15.80m).

2021 Outdoor: Appeared in five meets during her freshman outdoor season… Finished off her first ACC Outdoor Championship (May 15) with a 14^th place finish in the hammer throw with a toss of 154’11.00” (47.22m)… Posted a personal record throw of 156’10.00” (47.80m) in the hammer throw at the Mountaineer Twilight (May 1) as she finished in seventh place… Had an outdoor personal best shot put throw of 37’11.50” (11.57m) ay the Virginia Challenge (Apr. 17)... Named to the ACC Honor Roll for the first time in her career.

2020-2021 Indoor: Competed in four meets during her freshman campaign… Posted a 13^th place finish at the ACC Indoor Championships (Feb. 27) in the weight throw with a heave of 52’4.75” (15.97m)… Posted a personal record throw of 52’7.50” (16.04m) in the weight throw and 42’6.00” (12.95m) in the shot put at the Virginia Tech Challenge (Feb. 20) while posting eighth place finishes in both events… Opened her career with a seventh place finish in the weight throw at the Notre Dame Invitational (Jan. 27).

High School: Bainter comes to Pitt from Logan High School, throwing the shot put and discus for the team... competed in the Ohio State Championship meet in 2019 in the shot put and placed sixth with a throw of 40'5" and has set a personal best throw of 41'1.5"... earned outdoor All-Ohio recognition in 2019 and indoor All-Ohio recognition in 2018... named district Athlete of the Year in 2019... earned Academic All-Ohio recognition in 2019 and 2018... was a New Balance Nationals qualifier.

Personal: Daughter of Monte and Jodi Bainter... has two siblings, Ellie and Bodie... enjoys baking, music and traveling... lists her favorite athlete as JuJu Smith-Schuster... her favorite movie is Now You See Me and her favorite TV show is Grey's Anatomy... she plays the ukuelele... majoring in rehabilitation science at Pitt.
