2023: Competed in all six meets... took third at the Panthers Opener to start the season in 14:25.7... set at 10k personal best at the NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regional Championships for 41st place in 30:51.1.
2022: Appeared in all six meets for the Panthers… Completed the Panthers Opener (Sep. 2) placing third with a time of 14:50.60… Set a personal best in the 6k with a time of 19:17.80 and secured 40th place at the Virginia Invitational (Sep. 16)… Placed 154th (25:21.50) at the Joe Piane Invitational and set a personal best in the men's 5M (Sep. 30)… Competed in the Weis- Crockett Invitational (Oct.15) and posted a personal best in the 8k with a time of 25:18.70… Placed 114th (25:43.20) at the ACC Cross Country Championships (Oct. 28)… Set a personal best in the 10k by placing 74th with a time of 31:52.10 at the NCAA Division I Mid-Atlantic Region Cross Country Championships.
2021: Competed in four meets… Opened the year with a 34th place finish in 20:24.00 at the Yinzer Classic (Sept. 3)… Posted a time of 27:34.80 and finished in 92nd place at the Joe Piane Invitational (Oct. 1)… Finished the Penn State National Open (Oct. 15) in 45th place with a time of 27:04.10… Completed the ACC Cross Country Championships (Oct. 29) in 110th place with a time of 26:24.40.
High School: Ran cross country and track at Greensburg Salem for head coach Nathan Snider… helped his team earn the 2018 cross country State Championship… holds the school record in the indoor 3200m (9:29)… posted a career-best time in the 1600m (4:19) as a senior.
