2021: Competed in all five meets… Started the year with a 6^th place finish at the Yinzer Classic (Sept. 3), posting a time of 19:21.40… Posted a time of 25:12.70 at the Joe Piane Invitational (Oct. 1)… Earned a season-best 8K time of 24:51.90 at the ACC Cross Country Championships (Oct. 29)… Finished the year with a 31:23.00 time and a 29^th place finish at the Mid-Atlantic Regional (Nov. 12).

2020: Competed in two meets during an abbreviated season due to the Covid-19 Pandemic… posted a season-best time of 25:51.24 to take home ninth place at Navy (10/2)… finished in 88^th place at the ACC Cross Country Championships (10/30) in 24:56.00… earned ACC Honor Roll honors for the fourth time in his career.

2019: Competed in five meets during his second cross country season for the Panthers... Posted a career-best 73rd place finish at the NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regionals (Nov. 15) with a 10K personal record time of 32:13.70... Opened his season with an impressive sixth place finish at the Pitt Panther Opener (Aug. 30) with a 6K personal record time of 18:05.80... Posted a 8K personal record time of 24:59.00 at the Paul Short Run (Oct. 5).. Ran in the ACC Cross Country Championships for the second straight season and finished in 27:05.90.

2018: Placed 12th at the Duquesne Duals (Sept. 1) with a time of 26:28.38 … Ran his best time of the year of 25:37.30 at the ACC Cross Country Championships (Oct. 26) … Finished 91st at the NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regionals (Nov. 9) with a time of 33:12.
