2021: Competed in four meets… Finished the Yinzer Classic (Sept. 3) with a time of 15:26.50 in 12^th place… Posted a time of 23:13.00 at the Penn State National Open (Oct. 15)… Completed the ACC Cross Country Championships in 102^nd place with a time of 22:40.10… Finished the year off with a time of 23:25.60 at the Mid-Atlantic Regional (Nov. 12).

2020: Was one of three Panthers to compete in all three meets during an abbreviated season due to the Covid-19 Pandemic… notched a 13^th place finish at the Panther Open (10/16) against West Virginia with a season-best time of 19:43.30… opened the season with a 17^th place finish at Navy (10/2) in 23:46.03… finished in 117^th place at the ACC Cross Country Championships (10/30) in 23:25.40.

High School: Ran cross country and track & field at Scotch Plains-Fanwood High School for head coach Jeffery Koegel and was the XC captain during her senior campaign… began running cross country as a junior and was named First Team All-Conference and First Team All-County as a junior and senior… was named cross country team MVP as a junior and senior while posting the school record 5K time of 19:08 as a senior… was named UCIAC Scholar Athlete at Scotch Plains-Fanwood as a senior… on the track she posted a PR of 5:24 in the 1600m (2018) and a PR of 11:37 in the 3200m (2019).

Personal: Born on December 22, 2001… daughter of Christine and Louis Zambrio… has two sisters, Julia and Sophia… she enjoys swimming in the ocean and hopes to learn to surf in the near future… enjoys watching hockey, basketball and soccer… lists her favorite movie as The Last Song… completed a sprint triathlon and a 10 mile race when she was 13 years old and that is where her love for running took off… undecided major at Pitt.
