2021: Competed in all five meets… Finished in 3rd place at the Yinzer Classic (Sept. 3) with a time of 18:56.50… Posted a time of 24:45.00 at the Joe Piane Invitational (Oct. 1) and finished in 69th place… Captured a 12th place finish with a time of 25:59.90 at the Penn State National Open (Oct. 15)… Led the Panthers with a 52nd place finish in 24:42.9 at the ACC Cross Country Championships (Oct. 29)… Finished the year with a 31:41.7 time in a 10K at the Mid-Atlantic Regional (Nov. 12).
2020: Competed in two meets during an abbreviated season due to the Covid-19 Pandemic… posted a season-best time of 25:02.10 at the ACC Cross Country Championships (10/30) as he finished in 91st place… notched a 17th place finish in the season opening meet at Navy (10/2) in 25:20.47… earned ACC Honor Roll honors for the second time in his career.
2019: Competed in five meets during his sophomore season for the Panthers... Posted a 43rd place finish at his first NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regional race (Nov. 15) as he crossed the finish line with a 10K personal best time of 31.26.20... Opened the season with a third place finish at the Pitt Panther Opener (Aug. 30) as he posted a 6K personal record time of 17:55.50... Notched an 8K personal best time of 24:24.90 at the Paul Short Run (Oct. 5) as he took home 75th place against some of the best competition in the nation... Finished in 54th place at the ACC Cross Country Championships (Nov. 1) with a time of 25:28.00...
2018: Placed 19th at the Harry Groves Spiked Shoe Invitational (Sept. 7) with a time of 26:35.00 … Ran a season-best 25:41.70 at the Coast-To-Coast Battle in Beantown (Sept. 21).
