Panthers Set to Open Indoor Season at Youngstown State on Friday

PITTSBURGH – The University of Pittsburgh men's and women's track and field teams are set to open the 2023-2024 indoor season at the YSU Icebreaker, hosted by Youngstown State, Friday afternoon. The meet will be held at the Watson and Tressel Training Site (WATTS). Events will begin at 1 p.m. and the meet will follow a rolling time schedule.
Friday's season opening meet will feature 69 men's and women's programs from 36 universities in the region. Admission is $10 per spectator. Parking is available for $5.

The Panthers will not compete for the remainder of the 2023 calendar year. Pitt will return to action on January 13, 2024, when they travel to State College, Pa. for the PSU Challenge.
