Wickman Falls in Singles Final; Takes Second Place at Harvard

CAMBRIDGE, Mass. – Senior Amanda Wickman lost in the finals of the Flight B singles bracket at the Harvard Invitational on Sunday.
Wickman was defeated by Sylvia Li of Harvard in two very competitive sets, falling 7-6 (4) in the first and 6-4 in the second. Wickman finished singles competition at 3-1 for the weekend.
The Panthers finished the fall season with an overall combined singles record of 43-62 and doubles at 21-26. Wickman led the team in singles throughout the fall with a record of 8-7.
This was the final tournament of the fall season. The Panthers will begin their spring schedule in January.
