AS A JUNIOR (2017-18): Recorded a team-best 17 singles wins on the season, playing mainly at the No. 5 and No. 6 spot … Won her first ACC singles match against Alexis Franco of No. 16 Wake Forest 6-4, 6-3 and would also defeat Hunter Blesser of No. 21 Virginia as well as Laura Marti of No. 45 Clemson … Won her first ACC doubles match against No. 45 Clemson with partner Luisa Varon … Defeated Maria Ross of Boston College in the first round of the ACC Tournament to help the Panthers get their first ACC Tournament win in program history .. Finished the season 17-15 in singles and 7-19 in doubles.
AS A SOPHOMORE (2016-17): Competed in the No. 5 and No. 6 spot for singles matches and the No. 3 spot for doubles matches … Competed in 19 singles matches for the Panthers in the 2016-17 season.
AS A FRESHMAN (2015-16): Went 4-1 at the Wildcat Invite, only her second invitational at the collegiate level…Defeated Harvard’s Danielle Mirda at the Bulldog Invitational where she finished 2-1…Beat Akron’s Waverly Wituski and Carla Flores in an impressive 6-0 shutout with doubles partner Clara Lucas…Finished the season 7-7 overall in singles with a 7-6 tour record and 5-18 in doubles.

PERSONAL: Daughter of Kenji Okamoto and Hiromi Okamoto…Native of Tokyo, Japan and lived in Barcelona, Spain for three years while in high school.
