2019 Cross Country: Became Akron's first Mid-American Conference individual champion and NCAA Qualifier competing in six of seven races for the Zips, leading Akron's efforts in four races...qualified the NCAA Championships (Nov. 23) as an at-large selection on the strength of a career-best 10K time of 30:46.4 to place 19th at the NCAA Great Lakes Regional (Nov. 15)... was a USTFCCCA All-Great Lakes Regional team honoree…persevered through challenging conditions to finish 103rd in a time of 31:59.7 at the NCAA Championships (Nov. 23)...captured the MAC individual title and first-team all-league accolades crossing the line in a season-best 8K time of 25:15.9 at the MAC Championships (Nov. 2)...posted four top-10 and five top-20 performances on the campaign, including placing first, third, fourth and eighth, respectively, with times of 25:15.9, 25:18.0, 25:36.3 and 24:31.29 at the MAC Championships (Nov. 2), All-Ohio Championships (Sept. 28), Penn State National (Oct. 18) and Joe Piane-Notre Dame Invitational (Oct. 18)...his efforts at the All-Ohio Championships (Sept. 28) helped the Zips to a team title in Division I… named Academic All-MAC honoree.

2017 Cross Country: Earned second-team All-Mid-American Conference honors finishing 10th at the MAC Championships (Oct. 28) crossing the line in a season-best time of 25:07.5...recorded a time of 32:38 to place 74th at the NCAA Great Lakes Regional (Nov. 10)...garnered third- and 15th-place performances at the Tommy Evans Invitational (Sept. 7) and Virginia Tech Alumni Invitational (Sept. 15) crossing the line in 15:16.9 and 25:29.6, respectively...placed 33rd at the Penn State National (Oct. 13) with a time of 26:15...garnered Academic All-MAC and MAC Distinguished Scholar accolades.

2016 Cross Country: Ran in the first two races of the season for Akron...posted a time of 21:00.76 to finish in 17th place at the Tommy Evans Invitational... competed at the Virginia Tech Alumni Invitational and notched a 56th-place showing with a time of 26:32.60.
