2026-27 Men's Basketball Roster
Mighty will have one year of eligibility remaining and is set to enter his redshirt senior season in 2026-27.
At Mercer in 2025-26, Mighty averaged 13.2 points and 10.6 rebounds per game while leading the Southern Conference in both blocks per game and field goal percentage. He turned in one of the most dominant single-game efforts in program history on Jan. 15 against VMI, pulling down 25 rebounds to go with 18 points, 11 offensive rebounds and three blocks. His 25-board effort stands as the second-most in Mercer history and the most ever recorded in the Bears' home arena. Mighty was also honored as a SoCon Player of the Week during the season.
Prior to his breakout campaign at Mercer, Mighty spent the 2024-25 season at Central Michigan, where he received a medical redshirt that preserved his eligibility. He began his collegiate career at Boston College, appearing in 51 games across two seasons (2022-24) and gaining experience at the high-major level in the ACC.
A native of Toronto, Mighty was a four-star recruit out of United Scholastic Academy, earning All-Ontario honors and competing in the 2022 BioSteel All-Canadian Game alongside many of Canada's top prep prospects. He is the second transfer to Pitt this year from Toronto, joining point guard Naithan George, who played the 2025-26 season at Syracuse.
