PITTSBURGH – The Pitt lacrosse program announced its fall schedule Monday afternoon, which will feature one exhibition game and three other full days of lacrosse in preparation for the 2026 spring season.
"We graduated a number of our multi-year starters after last season, which makes this fall an exciting time for us to build chemistry and open the door for new opportunities," said Head Coach Emily Boissonneault. "The schedule is designed to challenge us in the right ways and will be exactly what we need to grow together and get ready for the season ahead."
The Panthers kick things off on October 5th, traveling to Baltimore, Maryland to play Johns Hopkins in an exhibition game. A week later, on October 12th, Pitt will host the Pitt Play Day at Highmark Stadium. The hosts will welcome Akron, Cincinnati and Robert Morris to Station Square for games throughout the day. On October 18th, the Panthers will make the short trip to State College to face off with Cincinnati, Cornell and Penn State at the Penn State Play Day. The fall schedule wraps up with another trip away from home, as Pitt will visit Georgetown and play the Hoyas and Vanderbilt.
The 2025-26 Pitt Lacrosse roster sits at 30 student-athletes, which includes nine newcomers (eight freshman and a transfer) and 21 returnees.
