Jeff Capel Pitt Basketball Camp Dates Announced

PITTSBURGH – The University of Pittsburgh will host three sessions of the Jeff Capel Pitt Basketball Day Camp this summer.
The first day camp is set for June 14-17 with sessions two and three running June 28-July 1 and July 12-15, respectively. Campers will be organized into groups by grade and ability and will receive individual instruction from the Pitt staff as well as current and former Panther players. The camp will also include team and individual awards with all campers receiving a Pitt Basketball t-shirt and basketball.
All camps will run from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Space is limited in order to provide intensive individualized attention for each camper. Enrollment is on a first-come, first-served basis. Boys ages 7-17 are eligible for enrollment.
The camp rate is $330 per player with discounts available to University of Pittsburgh, Carnegie Mellon, Carlow, Chatham and UPMC employees. Discounts are also available to campers attending more than one session as well as households with two or more family members attending. A boxed lunch is included in the cost registration and will be served at the Petersen Events Center during the lunch break at camp.
