Hola!
It has been real Barcelona. Thursday, we ended an amazing trip in Spain by waking up at 7 a.m. to go to the airport.
I cannot believe that an incredible trip has finally come to an end. I want to thank all the people that helped in making it happen. I love having shared such a special moments with the whole team, I feel that this trip brought us closer to each other and I am truly grateful for the incredible gift that they have given us.
For all of us it was a wonderful experience to learn about such beautiful places, hear stories of every single monument, getting to know the different cultures and different types of food. We met so many amazing people throughout the trip that we will always remember and miss so much. I cannot thank everyone involved in the process enough for such a truly wonderful experience that we will all remember for the rest of our lives.
Our thoughts and prayers are with those in the wonderful city of Barcelona following the tragedy that happened after we left. My heart goes out to them and I am so glad that my team is safe.
Although we are sad to go back to reality, we very much look forward to being back in Pittsburgh and getting things started again.
