Hola!
Monday was the last day in Mallorca. We had a day off from tennis. In the morning, after breakfast at the Rafael Nadal academy, we went to the Nadal's Museum. It was located inside the academy. There were not only decorations of Rafael Nadal's tennis achievements, but we also experienced virtual reality games and saw history of various athletes' achievements. It was really cool because the museum had two floors and a downstairs where they played a motivational video in which Nadal narrated. I was actually surprised to see how many trophies Nadal has won in his career.
After visiting the museum, we went to Palma, the capital of Mallorca, which is an hour away from where we stayed. We first ate lunch at Can Bosch. We ordered many types of tapas. I enjoyed sharing tapas and trying a little bit of everything because I liked all kinds of Spanish food. After lunch, we walked the city and went to the beach. By 7 p.m., we left the beach and walked to the place called Baños Árabes. Unfortunately, it was closed, so we took picture in front of the building and walked to Varadero to eat dinner. It was located by the ocean and the view was incredible. I ordered lobster salad and it was delicious. Since we only have three days left in Spain, my teammates and I are trying to eat as much fresh seafood as we can. Tonight's dinner was extra special because it was Luisa's birthday!
I still can't believe that we are leaving Mallorca tomorrow, but overall I liked this short stay on this beautiful island.
Hail to Pitt!
