Hola from Mallorca,
Friday was amazing! We started our day getting up at 10 a.m. to eat breakfast, it was incredible there was a lot of variety of food and we enjoyed it a lot. After we left the hotel at 10:45 a.m. to go to a cruise around Mallorca, it was a very good experience; the beach was very clean and clear.
After an hour of enjoying the beach, we ate lunch on the cruise and returned to the port. We had an hour of shopping around the pier and then we returned to the Rafael Nadal Academy. After an amazing morning we played padel as a warm-up to practice, it was super fun. I had never played that sport, but after two days practicing, I wasn't that bad. We then trained for a few hours and we were all very happy to play in the Rafael Nadal Academy. It's a dream come true for all of us.
We finally went to eat dinner with the team in the Academy's buffet restaurant. It's amazing the variety and the quality of food that they serve you. I feel that we have eaten very nice and healthy meals here in Spain.
Majorca is an amazing island that has many things to be discovered. This has been one of my favorite trips in my whole tennis career.
I would like to thank to the University of Pittsburgh for the opportunity that they have given us. This is one of the most beautiful and unique experiences that I have ever experienced and to do it together as a whole team makes it that much better.
Hail to Pitt!
