Women's Tennis Travels to Marshall Today

PITTSBURGH-The University of Pittsburgh women's tennis team travels to Huntington, W. Va., to face Marshall in the squad's regular-season finale. First serve is set for 4 p.m. at the Brian David Fox Tennis Courts.
Freshman Jocelyn Lu is coming off a victory in No. 2 singles against Georgetown. In a standout rookie campaign, Lu has recorded 32 total wins this season. She and doubles partner Kimmy Borza have won 13 matches in the No. 2 doubles slot.
Playing in No. 6 singles, junior Minh Evans battled back from a 4-6 first-set loss to outlast her opponent 11-9 in the tiebreaker. Evans has won the last four of five matches.
Marshall (16-5) enters the match after back-to-back wins against East Carolina and Cincinnati. The season, the No. 1 doubles duo of Elizabeth Adams and Shannon Benic battled The Herd and earned an 8-7 victory for the Panthers.
