Beyond the Bio
Favorite sports moment at Pitt?
Volleyball’s 2023 Elite Eight reverse sweep over Louisville. One of the grittiest performances I’ve ever seen in any sport, and a rocking Fitzgerald Field House environment. To do it over a big rival was especially sweet.
What is your favorite aspect of working in Pitt’s athletic department?
It’s a cheesy answer – but the people. We spend a lot of time together in athletics, and you need to bring the juice every day. We’re lucky at Pitt to have so many people who make the long nights and early mornings fly by.
