2021-2022 Indoor: Competed in five indoor meets as a graduate student … Took third place in the 400m dash (56.93) and helped the 4x400m relay team to a first-place finish in 3:52.76 at the YSU Icebreaker (Dec. 3) … Recorded a season-best 300m time (41.61) and finished fourth at the Nittany Lion Challenge (Jan. 15) … Was part of the 4x400m team that finished third at the Virginia Tech Elite Meet (Feb. 4) … Competed in the ACC Indoor Championships, earning seventh place as part of the 4x400m relay team (Feb. 26).

2021 Outdoor (at Clemson): Earned Second Team All-ACC honors in the 4x400m relay as she helped lead the squad to a third place finish at the ACC Outdoor Championships (5/15)… finished in sixth place in the 400m dash at the ACC Outdoor Championships (5/15) to earn Second Team All-ACC honors… appeared in the NCAA East Preliminary Round (5/29) and helped the 4x400m relay squad finish in 18^th place.

2021 Indoor (at Clemson): Earned First Team All-ACC honors in the 400m dash at the 2021 Indoor ACC Championships (2/29) as she posted a third place finish in 54.14 seconds… posted Second Team All-ACC honors in the 4x400m relay (3:37.41) and distance medley relay (11:13.91) as she helped her squads finish in second place at the Indoor ACC Championships (2/29)… posted a season-best time of 2:09.28 at the Tiger Paw Invite (2/13).

2020 Outdoor (at Clemson): Season cancelled due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

2019-20 Indoor (at Clemson): Earned Second-Team All-ACC honors in the 4×400 meter relay at the 2020 ACC Indoor Championships (Feb. 27-29)… earned six top-5 finishes throughout the season… was a part of the winning DMR squad at the South Carolina Invitational… set a personal best in the 300 meters at the Bob Pollock Invitational (Jan. 24-25)… made season debut by running the 300 meters and 600 meters at the Clemson Opener (Dec. 7).

2019 Outdoor (at Clemson): Helped the 4x400m relay team earn the ACC Championship at the ACC Outdoor Championships… earned Honorable Mention All-America honors in the 4x400m relay at the NCAA Outdoor Championships after a 21^st place finish… earned Second Team All-ACC honors in the 800m run after taking home fifth place in the final in 2:07.52.

2018-19 Indoor (at Clemson): Earned Second Team All-ACC honors in the 800m run as she finished in fourth place in 2:06.87… helped the 4x400m relay and distance medley relay squads take home seventh place at the ACC Indoor Championships… posted a PR of 1:30.42 at the Clemson Invitational (1/18) while finishing in fourth place.

2017-18 (at Clemson): Three-time Second Team All-American in 800m (indoors and outdoors) and 4x400m (indoors)… placed 11th at the indoor NCAA Championships in the 800m… placed 10th as a member of the indoor 4x400m relay team at the NCAA Championships… placed 11th in the 800m at the outdoor NCAA Championships… five-time All-ACC recipient (4x400m indoor, 800m indoor, DMR indoor, 800m outdoor, 4x400m outdoor)… set the Clemson freshman indoor record in the 800m with a PR of 2:03.59 at ACC indoor championships… member of sprint medley relay team that won Championship of America race at 2018 Penn Relays… recipient of 2018 Brandon Streeter Award, which is presented to a Clemson student-athlete who has persevered through injury to exceed on the field.

High School: Attended Suffern high school… was a New Balance champion… earned All-American recognition in the 400m, distance medley relay, sprint medley relay and 4x400m relay… 2015 Armory Athlete of the Year… 2015 Dockland County Athlete of the Year.

Personal: Had open-heart surgery due to a rare defect that is a leading cause of death in young athletes.
