CAREER RESULTS
2023 Outdoor: Competed in eight outdoor meets for the Panthers. Brown was able to tally one first place finish in the Panthers outdoor campaign coming at the UCF Black and Gold Invite. She placed first in the 2000s at a time of 6:50.07, a personal best. She recorded another personal best at the event in the 1500 with a time of 4:28.62. At Carnegie Mellon’s Last Chance meet she secured a second-place finish in the 800 with a time of 2:11.12, a personal record once again. Her final personal record came at the ACC Championships where she finished the 3000s with a time of 10:08.54. This time at the ACC Championships sent her to the NCAA East Preliminary Round where she competed in the 3000s and placed nineteenth.
2022-23 Indoor: Appeared in five indoor meets for the Panthers. Brown recorded three first place finishes on the season. The first coming at the Tiger Paw Invite with a 3000 time of 9:44.86, this also would end up being a personal record for Brown. Next, she tallied two first place finishes at the Bucknell Tune- Up with one coming solo in the 800 at a time of 2:15.81. Her other first place finish at the event happened in the team Distance Medley Relay where the Panther women recorded a time of 11:51.94. Her other personal record came at the ACC Championships where she competed in the mile with a time of 4:48.54.
2022 Outdoor: Competed in seven meets for the Panthers. During the WVU Stan Romanoski Open (Mar. 18-19), placed first in the 4x400 relay with a time of 4:10.23. Placed second in the 1500m Steeplechase with a time of 5:03.64…Appeared in the Raleigh Relays (Mar. 24-26) and competed in the 800m setting a new personal best with a time of 2:13.86 and took 15th place in the 3000m Steeplechase. Raced in the Duke Invitational (Apr. 7-9) creating a new personal best in the 5000m of 16:58.17… Raced in the Virginia Challenge (Apr. 22-23) and placed 21st in the 3000m Steeplechase…Took third place in the 1500m race during the WVU Last Chance meet (May 7) with a time of 4:39.50…Posted a career best at the ACC Outdoor Championships (May 12-14) in the 3000m Steeplechase of 10:25.16 and placed 39th place in the 5000m race…Qualified for the NCAA East Preliminary Round (May 25-28) for the 3000m Steeplechase placing at 32nd.
2021-22 Indoor: Competed in six indoor meets for the Panthers as a sophomore … Was part of the Distance Medley Relay team that placed third at the Nittany Lion Challenge with a time of 12:05.41 (Jan. 15) … Posted a personal best in the 800m dash (2:14.88) and finished 12th at the Virginia Tech Elite Meet (Feb. 4) … Earned a personal best time and a third place finish in the 3000m (9:52.09) and was part of the Distance Medley Relay team that took second place at the Tiger Paw Invite (Feb. 11-12) … Helped the Distance Medley Relay team to a first place finish at the Bucknell Tune Up (Feb. 18) … Competed in the ACC Indoor Championships and earned a personal best in the mile run with a time of 4:55.47 (Feb. 26).
2021 Outdoor: Competed in six outdoor meets during her Freshman campaign… Appeared in the ACC Outdoor Track & Field Championships (May 13-15) and placed 31st in the 5000m while recording a career time of 17:10.98… Recorded a career time of 10:29.00 during the 3000S at the ACC Outdoor Track & Field Championships (May 13-15) and placed 17th… Got first place in the 1500S at the Stan Ramonski Open (Mar 20) with a time of 4:29.24… Got fourth place in the 1500m at the Mountaineer Twilight (May 1) while recording a career time of 4:30.67 … Earned a spot on the ACC Honor Roll.
2020-2021 Indoor: Competed in five indoor meets during her Freshman year… Appeared in the ACC indoor Track & Field Championships (Feb 25-27) and also a part of the DMR team which placed eighth with a time of 11:36.22… Got 17th place in the Mile race at the ACC indoor Track & Field Championships (Feb 25-27) and recorded a career time of 4:59.10… Received second in the 3000m at the Virginia Tech Challenge (Feb 19-20) with a time of 10:13.97… Received third place in the 1000m at the Virginia Tech Challenge (Feb 19-20) with a career time of 2:54.43.
High School: Five-year member of the cross country program and four-year member of the track and field program at Fredonia High School... was named CCAA Runner of the Year five times... posted Second-Team All-State honors as a senior and Third-Team All-State honors as a sophomore and junior... earned First-Team All-Western New York as a junior and senior... qualified for the State Cross Country and track and field championships four times during her impressive career... was the Sectional champion in cross country during her sophomore campaign while also finishing in 23rd place at the State Championships... posted her best finish at the New York State Championships as a senior as she finished in 12th place in 17:49... finished in second place at the cross country sectional championships during her senior season... holds nine school records at Fredonia High School including the indoor 600m, 1000m, 1500m, 1 mile, 3000m and 4x400m relay and the outdoor 1500m, 400m hurdles and 2000m steeplechase.
