2019 Outdoor: Placed fifth in the 1500m with a time of 4:44.94 at the Mountaineer Open (May 4) … Set career-bests at the Bison Outdoor Classic (April 14) in the 800m with a time of 2:18.15 and 1500m with a time of 4:38.83 … Ran a career-best 17:55.39 in the 5000m at the Raleigh Relays (March 30).

2018-19 Indoor: Set a career-best 10:12.58 in the 3000m at the Kent State Raymond Invite (Feb. 9) to place sixth … Placed 14th in the 800m at the Hokie Invitational (Jan. 19) with a career-best 2:20.36 … Was a part of the 4x800m relay team that placed first at the Nittany Lion Challenge (Jan. 12) with a time of 9:26.35 and also set a career-best 2:58.31in the 1000m at the meet.

2018 Outdoor: Competed in five meets … Participated in the 49er Classic (Mar. 15-17) in the 3000 Steeplechase, placing 13th with a season best 11:55.98 … Finished 14th in the Univ. of Akron- Campbell/Wright Open (May 4-5) with a season best 4:48.30.

2017-18 Indoor: Competed at one meet … Had a personal best 5:11.64 in the mile at the Spire NCAA D-1 Indoor Track and Field Classic (Feb. 9-10), finishing 23rd.
