2019 Outdoor: Set a career-best in the 3000m steeplechase of 12:10.45 at the Bison Outdoor Classic (April 14) … Placed 14th at the Yellow Jacket Invitational (March 16) in the 2000m steeplechase with a career-best 7:49.31.

2018-19 Indoor: Did not compete.

High School: Four time indoor track state qualifier for 4x800... As a freshman in 2014-15: Was named All Conference and MVP in cross country... As a sophomore in 2015-16: All-region champion in 3200m... All-American champion in the AAU Junior Olympics 2000m steeplechase...State qualifier for 4x800 and 3200m...
