Bianka Bell joined the Pitt coaching staff July 7, 2021 and enters her second season as assistant coach of the Panthers.

- Helped guide three players to over .300 batting averages in conference play in 2022
- Team totaled 39 stolen bases in 2022, tied for second most in a year since the 2014 season
- Coached Yvonne Whaley to All-ACC Third Team honors, who finished the 2022 season with a .344 batting average, 45 hits, 21 runs and eight stolen bases
- Named lead assistant coach for the 2021 season
- As assistant, coached the Eagles to a 44-25 record in two seasons
- The Eagles were 18-6 in 2020 before COVID-19 cut the season short
- Worked with fielding, where five players finished with .985 fielding percentages or higher, including two players with 1.000 %
- In 2019, coached five All-SSC players, including two first-teamers Mariana Pereira and Maggie Scott
- In three seasons with USSSA Pride, hit a career .267 in 173 at-bats, totaling 31 runs, 48 hits, 32 RBI, 13 doubles and five homers
- Hit .305 with 29 hits, 10 doubles, three homers and 18 runs scored in 2018
- Helped the team to back-to-back regular season titles
- Drafted 36th overall in the NPF Draft but finished out the 2016 summer with Team USA
- Member of the USA Junior Women’s National Team, winning a gold medal in the 2015 World Cup of Softball and taking the title in the 2015 Japan Cup
- Joined the senior team in 2016, earning a silver medal at the World Cup of Softball and a gold medal at the WBSC Women’s World Championship. Also took home the 2016 Japan Cup trophy.
- Went 2-for-4 with three runs and a double in the WBSC Championship
- Two-time All-American, Four-Time NFCA All-Region, Three-Time All-SEC and SEC Co-Freshman of the Year in four seasons at LSU
- Part of back-to-back College World Series teams in 2015 and 2016
- Started in 253 games for her career and became the fastest player to record 100 RBI in LSU history
- Earned a bachelor’s degree in sociology with a concentration of criminology at LSU in 2017
- Has three siblings, Brittany, Briana and Joel
- Daughter of Joe and Anne Bell
