PITTSBURGH – The Pitt women's basketball team is set to square off with Florida State Thursday evening inside the Petersen Events Center. Tipoff is scheduled for 6 p.m., and the game will stream on ACCNX.

THE OPENING TIP

Pitt dropped an 86-46 decision at then-No. 10 Louisville Sunday afternoon at the KFC Yum! Center.
Theresa Hagans Jr. led the Panthers with 14 points, adding two rebounds and two assists.
Mikayla Johnson followed with 10 points on 3-of-5 shooting.
Carla Viegas chipped in nine points, knocking down three 3-pointers.
Lauren Rust pulled down a team-high eight rebounds to go along with five points.

SERIES HISTORY

The first meeting between the two teams came in 2014, after Pitt joined the ACC.
Thursday will mark the 13^th meeting between Pitt and Florida State.
The Seminoles are undefeated in the all-time series, 12-0.
Florida State won the most recent matchup, 69-55, in Tallahassee on Feb. 20, 2025.
