PITTSBURGH – Saturday's matchup will mark the 35th meeting between Pitt and Boston College in a series that dates back to 1959.
Boston College holds a 3-2 edge in ACC contests between the programs, but the Panthers have won four of the last five games played in Pittsburgh. Pitt leads the all-time series, 18-16.
The last time the two teams met at Acrisure Stadium, Pitt earned a 24-16 victory on Nov. 16, 2023, snapping a two-game series losing streak.

GAME STORYLINES
- Linebacker Rasheem Biles leads the ACC in tackles (10.5 per game) and tackles for loss (1.75 per game). Last week, he scored on a 75-yard interception return, Pitt's longest defensive touchdown since 2023.
- Biles finished the contest against Louisville with 12 tackles, one sack, and a career-high four tackles for loss. His pick-six was the second-longest interception return by a Pitt linebacker in the last three decades and the longest since 2006.
- Placekicker Trey Butkowski ranks fourth in the ACC in overall scoring and second in kick scoring, averaging 10.25 points per game through four contests.
- Wide receiver Raphael "Poppi" Williams Jr. caught four passes for 57 yards and a touchdown last week. He leads Pitt with four scoring grabs and is third in the ACC in the same category.
- This week, the Pitt football program will honor former Panther great Antonio Bryant. One of college football's most dynamic receivers at the turn of the century, Bryant captured the program's first Biletnikoff Award.
