CLEMSON, SC – Pitt Lacrosse looks to close out their 2025 season with a third win in a row Thursday as they travel to South Carolina to face No. 16 Clemson. First draw is scheduled for 5 PM at the Clemson Lacrosse Complex.
Clemson and Pitt have met three times in two years, as the Tigers were victorious in the most recent meeting last season in the ACC Tournament. This year, Clemson holds an 11-5 record and although they are coming off of a loss, the Tigers have won five of six. Two Tiger attackers have eclipsed the 50-point mark: Lindsey Marshall with 62 (51G, 11A) and Kayla Macleod with 51 (43G, 8). Kira Balis has been dominant on the draw all 2025, recording 132 draw controls in 16 contests. Emily Lamparter has stopped 112 of her opponents' shots, good enough for a .475 save percentage.
The Panthers have won two in a row, defeating Robert Morris and then No. 25 Notre Dame, en route to an 8-7 overall record. Jenna Hendrickson is the Panthers' leading goal scorer, making history last game with her season-record 44th goal. Aidan Carr picked up seven draw controls last Saturday, helping her to pass the 200 DC mark. Pitt will look to match their program-best win total from 2022 with their ninth win.
Thursday's ACC matchup will air live on ACC Network Extra via the ESPN app here and live stats can also be tracked online here.
