
Women’s Gymnastics Places 11 Student-Athletes on All-ACC Academic Team

PITTSBURGH - The University of Pittsburgh's women's gymnastics team is celebrating 11 student-athletes for being named to the All-ACC Academic team, announced by the organization Friday afternoon.
Shruthi Anand and Reyna Garvey are both being highlighted for achieving a 4.0 in the 2023 Fall academic semester. Anand is receiving a degree in Occupational Therapy alongside Garvey currently majoring in Public Health.
All-ACC Academic Team Consideration Criteria
• Candidates must have a minimum 3.0 grade point average for their career as well as a minimum 3.0 GPA during the most recently completed semester/quarter.
• Graduate students must have an undergraduate and graduate career minimum grade point average of 3.0 as well a minimum 3.0 GPA during the most recently completed semester/quarter.
• Athletic criteria considered include participation in 50 percent of his team's scheduled meets (at-large or unattached matches will not be considered)
