
Pitt Earns Four Top 10 Finishes at Texas Diving Invitational

Austin, TX – The Pitt diving team earned four top 10 finishes as they competed against seven nationally ranked programs at the Texas Diving Invitational this weekend in Austin, TX.
Pitt's highest finish on the weekend was Cam Cash's sixth-place finish in the men's 1-meter event. Cash's 344.80 is Pitt's second-highest score in the 1-meter this season.
In the Panthers' first time competing in the platform this season, they combined for three top 10 finishes between the men and women.
In the men's platform, Jackson Salisbury grabbed eighth place with a 333.30 as Chase Marafioto finished just behind him in ninth place with a 330.20. Cam Cash placed 13th with his 290.71 final score.
Jess Vega was Pitt's sole top 10 finisher in the women's platform, placing ninth with her 246.20.
The Pitt swim team will travel to Austin, TX this week to compete in the Texas Invitational against Texas, BYU, Stanford, USC and Wisconsin.
