Pitt Gymnastics Unveils 2022 Season Schedule

PITTSBURGH— Four home meets highlight the 2022 University of Pittsburgh gymnastics season, as announced by fifth-year head coach Samantha Snider Thursday.

Gymnastics Season Tickets are now on sale! Two levels of ticket packages are available for the 2022 season:

SCHEDULE DETAILS

The Panthers will host three tri meets and one dual meet at the Fitzgerald Field House.

The season will kick off at Temple with the Keystone Classic Quad Meet against in-state foes UPenn, Penn State, and Temple (Jan. 7). The next weekend, Pitt will host its home opener against LIU and Maryland (Jan. 16). The Panthers will then travel on back-to-back weekends for dual meets against Texas Woman's (Jan. 22) and North Carolina (Jan. 28) respectively.

Next, Pitt will return home for a tri meet against NC State and West Virginia (Feb. 6) before traveling to Morgantown, W.V. for a tri meet with the Mountaineers and Texas Woman's (Feb. 11). The following weekend, the Panthers will stay in Pittsburgh for a tri meet against New Hampshire and George Washington (Feb. 20). Rounding out the month of February, Pitt will face West Virginia again in Morgantown with a dual meet (Feb. 25).

To conclude the 2022 regular season, the Panthers will host Towson for a dual meet (March 6) before heading to Columbus, Ohio for a tri meet with Ohio State and Cal (March 11).

George Washington will host the 2022 EAGL Championship in Washington, D.C. (March 19).

The National Collegiate Women's Gymnastic Regionals are set for April 3, with the location to be announced at a later date. The National Collegiate Women's Gymnastics Championships will be hosted in Fort Worth, Texas on April 17.
