Panthers Set to Wear Retro Combination during Sunday Home Games
PITTSBURGH – The University of Pittsburgh baseball team debuted its retro uniform Thursday afternoon, as the Panthers will sport the combination during every Sunday home game.
"Providing our student-athletes with these uniforms is just another example of the commitment and vision of our administration and leadership here at Pitt," said head coach Mike Bell. "Embracing those former Panthers and joining them with our current Panthers continues to expand our standard of excellence."
The Panthers will wear the combination during each Sunday home game, with five scheduled appearances at Charles L. Cost Field. The team will debut the set on March 17 versus Virginia Tech, followed by matchups against Miami (March 31), Wake Forest (April 14), Notre Dame (April 21) and North Carolina (May 12).
FLEX SEASON TICKETS
Flex season ticket packages are now on sale. Included in each package, fans receive a total of 24 tickets, which can be used for any game (note: admission to doubleheaders requires a single ticket). Tickets can be used traditionally (one ticket for each game) or in any combination (multiple tickets at specific games). Purchase tickets here.
