- Junior center Kalista Walters continues to lead the ACC in field goal percentage (.661). She ranks fourth in the league with 1.91 blocked shots per game.
- Redshirt junior forward Yacine Diop is tied for 10th in the ACC in scoring average, with 15.5 points per game. She lists the fourth-most double-doubles among ACC players this season with six.
- Sophomore point guard Jasmine Whitney is fith in the ACC with an assist/turnover ratio of +1.9, and is fifth in the league with 4.7 assists per game.
- The Panthers remain second in the country in total blocked shots (151), behind the nation's leader, William & Mary (176). Pitt leads the ACC in blocked shots per game (6.6), ranking fifth in the country.
A WIN WOULD…
- Be Pitt's first against Florida State in program history (0-4).
- Be the Panthers' first win against a Top 10 team since defeating No. 8/6 North Carolina, 84-59, Jan. 8, 2015.
- End a 21-game losing streak for the Panthers against ranked opponents. Pitt's last win against a ranked opponent was against No. 17/18 Chattanooga in the 2015 NCAA Tournament First Round.
- End a three-game losing streak for the Panthers in ACC home games.
SENIOR DAY
- The Panthers will honor senior guard Aysia Bugg with a pregame ceremony Sunday.
- Since her freshman season in 2014-15, Bugg has appeared in 92 games, starting 87. As a sophomore, she recorded the fourth-most assists by a second-year player in program history with 117. She had a career-high 20 points in the Panthers' first-ever ACC Tournament win against North Carolina in 2016. The Chicago native was named to the 2015 Paradise Jam All-Tournament Team for averaging 14.7 points per game over the three-day tournament.
- Bugg continues to recover from an ACL injury she suffered in the spring of 2017 and will graduate this spring with a bachelor's degree in health services.
GIRL SCOUT DAY
- Pitt welcomes all local Girl Scouts to Sunday's game as part of the Girl Scout Day promotion.
- Doors will open at 11:30 a.m. for activities on the concourse.

LAST TIME OUT
- Redshirt junior forward Yacine Diop had a game-high 15 points to lead Pitt to its first ACC road win since February 2016, 58-46, over Clemson Thursday at Littlejohn Coliseum.
- Sophomore point guard Jasmine Whitney had 14 points for her sixth double-figure scoring outing of the year. Junior center Kalista Walters was one point and one rebound away from a double-double, posting nine for both statistic.
- The victory ended a 13-game losing streak in ACC road games for the Panthers, dating back to a Feb. 18, 2016 win at North Carolina (76-70). It also ended a four-game overall losing streak and a four-game losing streak in true road games for Pitt.
MILESTONE WATCH
- Three Panthers are nearing statistical milestones:
- Redshirt junior Yacine Diop is 20 points away from reaching 1,000 for her career. She is on pace to become the 19th 1,000-point scorer in school history and the first to reach the milestone since Brianna Kiesel did as a junior in 2013-14.
- Point guard Jasmine Whitney has tied the fifth-most assists made by a sophomore in school history with 109. Jo Jo Guzman dished out 109 in 1995-96. Whitney needs nine more to move into sole possession of fourth place, to pass Aysia Bugg's 117 in 2015-16.
- Junior center Kalista Walters is six steals away from reaching 100 for her career.
SCOUTING THE SEMINOLES
- No. 10/11 Florida State (18-4, 6-3 ACC) is looking to get back in the win column after dropping its last two outings, against Notre Dame (Jan. 28) and at NC State (Feb. 1).
- The Seminoles have the top rebounding offense (44.9 per game) and rebounding margin (+12.2) in the ACC. They also boast the No. 2 scoring offense and scoring margin in the league, averaging 83.7 points per game while finishing 19.5 points ahead of opponents.
- Redshirt senior guard Imani Wright is the ACC leader with 3.7 threes made per game and leads Florida State with 18.0 points per game. Classmate AJ Alix hold the best assist/turnover radio in the ACC (+2.4) and is No. 2 in the league with 6.9 assists per game.
- When playing on the road this season, the Seminoles are 9-3 overall and 3-2 in conference play.
