Justin Joyce joined the University of Pittsburgh’s athletic department in the fall of 2018, serving part-time and full-time roles in the ticket office between operations and fan service. He now serves as the Director of Fan Services, overseeing the ticket office’s Fan Service and Student Work team.
Prior to his current role, Joyce served as the Assistant Director of Ticket Operations, Associate Coordinator of Ticket Operations, and Ticket Operations Intern within the ticket office. During his time, he had represented Pitt as the primary box office representative for NCAA Volleyball, Wrestling, and Gymnastic tournaments hosted on campus. In the spring of 2023, Joyce took the lead on the first Fan Service team at the university.
A 2022 graduate of Point Park University in Pittsburgh, Joyce studied Sports, Arts, and Entertainment Management. During his time there, he was part of their Pittsburgh Center for Sports Media writing blogs and representing Point Park at the 2019 MLB Winter Meetings. Additionally, he spent time on their Junior Ticket Sales team, working with organizations such as the Pittsburgh Penguins, Pittsburgh Pirates, and Cleveland Cavaliers.
A Pittsburgh native, Joyce lives in Lincoln Place.
