Hannah Lewandoski begins her first season as the Assistant Director of Creative Content for the Pitt women’s basketball program in 2022-23. She is charged with developing social media content across various platforms as well as lead the creative initiatives in recruiting.
Lewandoski comes to Pitt after spending the 2021-22 season at Florida State working for the Seminoles football team as a video intern. While in Tallahassee, she produced weekly creative motivational videos for the team’s pre-game viewing, following the likeness, style and message provided by the program’s head coach.
During her time at FSU, Lewandoski also assisted in shooting, importing, editing, and sharing practice film for Self Scout review using XOS Thundercloud software, as well as shoot creative highlights on game days for team use. She also assisted in the management of student employees, and assisted the Video Coordinator in practice and game day video operations.
Prior to Florida State, she worked as a student videographer and video assistant at Maryland for the football program for three seasons. For the football team, Lewandoski assisted in shooting, editing and producing video and photo of games and practices for internal and external use. She also helped to organize recruiting photoshoots, including producing content for incoming recruits.
The Ohio native also spent the 2021 season as a student video intern for the Maryland athletic department where she helped produce creative video content for social media and marketing for the women’s soccer, field hockey, volleyball and softball programs.
Lewandoski also gained experience as a content creator for the Cleveland Ambassadors Football Club from 2019-2022. She helped to organize and shoot promotional photoshoots on Media Day for over 30 players and personnel. She also edited and produced practice and game video.photo content for marketing and social media platforms.
She graduated from the University of Maryland with a Bachelor’s degree in journalism in the summer of 2021.
