Chloe Hatfield is entering her second season as assistant director of creative content for the Pitt women’s basketball program in 2024-25. She handles all creative content (photo, video, graphics) both internally and externally for the program.
Hatfield joined the Panthers after spending the previous five seasons as a student intern in the creative services department at Oklahoma State. She spent her first four seasons at Oklahoma State working with the women’s basketball program as their main creative. She produced content (photo, video, motion graphics) for the Cowgirls social media accounts as well as in-house needs. She also traveled with the team over her four years and helped create the programs brand and identity through creative avenues during her time with the program.
During the 2022-23 school year, Hatfield switched roles and began working with the OSU women’s golf and wrestling programs as their lead creative. In her role, she produced all the content for the two programs while also planning out the social calendars for the programs. She helped to define and develop a brand for both programs through storytelling of the program, student-athletes, and coaching staffs.
