2021 Outdoor: Appeared in seven meets for the Panthers… Placed fifth at the ACC Outdoor Championships (May 15) as a member of the 4x400m relay team that finished at 3:41.89… Won the 400m at the Tennessee Relays (Apr 10) while running a career fastest time of 53.75… Ran in the 400m at the NCAA Division I East Preliminary Round (May 29) where she finished 43^rd with a time of 55.21 … Was a member of the 4x100m relay team that won at the Hurricane Invitational (Mar 20) when they crossed the line at 46.49… Placed fourth at the Hurricane Invitational (Mar 20) when she ran her career best time of 12.13 in the 100m dash … Named to the ACC Honor Roll for the third straight year.

2020-2021 Indoor: Competed in four meets during her senior campaign… Was a key member of the 4x400 relay team that took home fourth place at the ACC Indoor Championships (Feb 27) as they crossed the line at 3:45.49… Won the 400m dash at the Notre Dame Invitational (Jan 27) finishing at 55.60… Placed eighth at the ACC Indoor Championships (Feb 27) in the 400m when she ran a 54.95… Her and her teammates ran a 3:47.66 in the 4x400m relay and won at the Notre Dame Invitational (Jan 27).

2020 Outdoor: Season canceled due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

2019-20 Indoor: Competed in all eight meets for the Panthers during her junior indoor season... Earned Second Team All-ACC honors and three points for the team in the 400m dash at the ACC Indoor Championships (Feb. 27) as she posted a time of 54.05 seconds in the finals as she took home sixth place... Notched a 15th place finish in the 200m dash at the ACC Indoor Championships (Feb. 27) with a season-best time of 24.28 seconds... Had a personal record time of 53.80 seconds, the fifth fastest time in program history, in the 400m dash at the Meyo Invitational (Feb. 7) as she took home second place overall... Helped the Pitt 4x400m relay team take sixth place in a season-best time of 3:47.98 at the ACC's... Posted a pair of victories in the 200m dash on the season, including at the Doug Raymond National (Feb. 14)... Had a 500m dash personal record time of 1:12.59 at the Virginia Tech Invitational (Jan. 17) as she notched the victory... Opened her season at the Youngstown State Icebreaker (Dec. 6) with a personal record time of 7.71 seconds in the 60m dash... Took home seventh place in the 300m dash at the Hokie Invitational (Jan. 24) with a personal record time of 38.98 seconds... Earned All-ACC Academic Team, ACC Honor Roll and USTFCCCA All-Academic honors.

2019 Outdoor: All-ACC Academic Team selection… Was on the 4x400m relay team that participated in the NCAA Division I East Region Preliminary Rounds (May 25)… Placed third at the ACC Championships (May 11) on the 4x400m relay team with a time of 3:38.18 to get second team All-ACC honors… Also set a career-best 54.21 in the 400m while also participating in the 200m and 4x100m relay at the ACC Championships… Finished second in the 400m with a time of 55.41 at the Akron-Campbell Wright Open (May 4)… Placed fifth with a time of 24.08 in the 200m at the Virginia Challenge (April 20)… Set a career and team-best 23.96 in the 200m at the Tennessee Relays (April 11)… Took home first in the 200m with a time of 24.23 at the Virginia Four-Team Challenge (April 6) … Paced a new career-best 12.22 in the 100m at the Raleigh Relays (March 30) and also placed third in the 200m with a time of 24.23… Finished fourth in the 400m with a time of 54.57 at the FSU Relays (March 23)… Set a career-best in the 800m with a time of 2:29.77 at the Yellow Jacket Invitational (March 16)… Was on the 4X400m relay team to place first at the Raleigh Relays with a time of 3:40.15 and at the Yellow Jacket invitational with a time of 3:45.24... Was on the 4x100m relay team to place first at the Virginia Four-Team Challenge (April 6).

2018-19 Indoor: Was on the 4x400m relay team that placed fourth with a time of 3:41.60 and participated in the 400m at the ACC Indoor Track and Field Championships (Feb. 23)… Set a career-best 7.84 in the 60m and placed fourth in the 200m with a team-best 24.63 at the Kent State Doug Raymond Invite (Feb. 9)… Placed fifth in the 400m with a time of 55.66 at the Power Five Invitational (Feb. 2)… Finished fourth at the Penn State National (Jan. 26) in the 400m with a time of 55.68… Paced a career and team-best 39.97 in the 300m at the Hokie Invitational (Jan. 19)… Finished first in the 400m with a time of 56.23 at the Nittany Lion Challenge (Jan. 12)… Was third in the 400m at 55.85 at the Youngstown State Icebreaker (Dec. 7)… Was on the 4x400m relay team that placed first at the Kent State Doug Raymond Invite with a time of 3:44.73, the Penn State National with a time of 3:41.79 and the Hokie Invitational with a time of 3:43.92… Placed second on the 4x400m relay team at the Power Five Invitational with a time of 3:42.23 and in the Nittany Lion Challenge with a time of 3:46.48.

2017-18 Indoor: Placed 21st in the 200m at the ACC Indoor Championships (Feb. 22) with a time of 25.09… Recorded a personal best 7.97 in the 60m at the Youngstown State College Invite (Jan. 19), finishing 17th … Recorded a PR 24.94 in the 200m at the 2018 Meyo Invitational (Feb. 2-3), finishing 12th… Recorded a PR 40.88 in the 300m at the Nittany Lion Challenge (Jan. 13), finishing in 10th… Recorded a PR 57.43 in the 400m at the Clemson Bob Pollock Invitational (Jan 26-27), finishing 21st.

High School: Attended Burrell High School in Lower Burrell, Pa.… As a freshman, was a state medal winner in the 4x100m relay and 4x400m relay… As a sophomore, was the WPIAL champion and PIAA AA state champion in the 100m sprint… Also was WPIAL champion in the 4x100m relay during her sophomore year… Was WPIAL runner-up in the 200m sprint and 4x400 relay as a sophomore and place third in the PIAA AA 200m sprint… As a junior was the WPIAL champion in the 200m sprint and 4x100m relay… Placed second in the state in the 200m sprint and fourth in the 100m sprint during her junior year… As a senior was the WPIAL champion in the 100m, 200m, 400m and 4x100m relay… Won the 2017 PIAA AA 400m state champion and 200m runner-up… Named 2017 Valley News Dispatch Female Athlete of the Year, 2017 WPIAL team champion and 2017 Westmoreland County MVP during her senior campaign.
