2024 Outdoor: Saw action in five outdoor meets... solidified 10th place in the 1500-meter race at the USF Bulls Alumni Invitational with a 4:28.33 time... qualified for ACC Championships in the 5K with personal best time of 16:42.31 at the Wake Forest Invitational.

2023-2024 Indoor: Appeared in four meets for Pitt... started the season with a fifth place finish in the 3K at the Nittany Lion Challenge, clocking in at 9:47.12... ran a 4:52.51 season's best in the mile at the Penn State National Open... earned a personal best time in the 3K, 9:34.45 at the Boston University David Hemery Valentine Invitational, the fifth fastest time in Pitt program history.

2023 Outdoor (at Syracuse): Set a personal best and won the 1,500-meter run at the Cortland Red Dragon Open (4/8) finishing with a time of 4:36.06 ... Set a personal best in the 5k at the Raleigh Relays (3/23-25) with a time of 17:12.45.

2022 - 2023 Indoor (at Syracuse): Placed inside the top-20 at the ACC Championships (2/23-25) in the mile, with a time of 4:52.64 ... Set a personal best time of 4:51.97 in the mile at the Boston University David Hemery Valentine Invitational (2/10-11) ... Ran to a time of 4:54.46 in the mile at the John Thomas Terrier Classic (1/27-28) ... Opened the year with a fifth-place finish in the mile at the Cornell Upstate Challenge (1/21).
