2026 Outdoor: Competed in seven meets … Set personal bests in the shot put (17.02m) and discus (45.80m) … Earned first place in the shot put (17.02m) at the Akron Last Chance meet … Earned third place in the discus (45.80m) at the Akron Last Chance meet … Competed in the ACC Outdoor Track & Field Championship in the shot put, finishing 15th (16.03m).

2024-2025 Indoor: Competed in five meets for the Panthers…Placed fifth in the weight throw with 14.44m at the YSU Indoor Track and Field Icebreaker…Earned fifth in the shot put in the same meet with 15.66m.

2023-24 Indoor: Competed in five indoor meets for the Panthers. Posted a career best and placed sixth in the weight throw at 55' 0.75"(16.78m) at the Nittany Lion Challenge (Jan. 13). Cook recorded another career best in the shot put at 52' 4.5"(15.96m) at the Clemson Tiger Paw Invitational (Feb. 9-10). He recorded at 12th place finish in the shot put at the ACC Indoor Track & Field Championships (Feb. 22-24).
