2025-26 Indoor: Started 2026 with a seventh place nod in the 3K (10:01.89) at the Nittany Lion Challenge... helped the distance medley relay team to a first place finish at the Penn State National Open with an 11:58.52 effort.

2025 Outdoor: Did not see any action during the 2025 outdoor season.

2024-2025 Indoor: Competed in three indoor meets for the Panthers…Ran a personal best in the mile (4:56.79) at the Boston University David Hemery Valentine Invitational, beating her previous mile time (5:02.48) from the Penn State National Open.

High School: Ran cross country and track at Westtown School for head coaches Ron Tabb and Bill Stull... holds the school record in the 800m (2:14.09), the 1600m (4:55.84), and the 3200m (11:03.32), as well as the 5k... was also a member of the lacrosse team.

Personal: Daughter of Sean and Angie Cook... has two siblings, Rose and Dillon... enjoys roller coasters, traveling, and playing the flute...lists favorite foods as sushi, mango smoothies and pineapple... favorite athlete is Sydney McLaughlin-Levrone... favorite TV show is Love Island... volunteers as an EMT and intends to pursue the pre-med track and attend medical school.
