AS A GRADUATE STUDENT (2023)
Became the first Panther to earn a Rawlings Gold Glove, presented by the NFCA … Recorded just one error in 318 total chances at first base ... finished the regular season tied for third in the ACC with a 0.997 fielding percentage … Had 310 putout, the third most in the Atlantic Coast Conference … Started all 49 games for the Panthers at first base … Earned a spot on the All-ACC Third Team after batting .385 (60-for-156) overall and .355 (27-for-76) in conference play … Hit a team-leading 13 home runs this season and ended her career with the fifth most career home runs in program history (31) ... seven of her 13 home runs were either game-tying or go-ahead … Opened the season with a 14-game on-base streak, recording eight multi-hit efforts in that span ... batted .523 (23-for-44) with 12 runs scored, three doubles, five home runs, eight stolen bases, and 12 runs scored … Went a season-high 4-for-4 with three RBI, a double, and a game-tying home run against Sam Houston (2/25) ... AS A JUNIOR (2021)
Appeared and started in all 46 games … Turned in an impressive junior campaign that saw her finish fourth in the ACC in home runs (13), 12th in slugging percentage (.647), t-10th in total bases (86) and 10th in RBI (35) … She registered 282 putouts at first base, good for sixth in the conference … Third on the team with a .293 batting average in 133 at-bats, totaling 39 hits (third on team), six doubles (third on team), one triple (tied-fourth on team) and 17 walks (first on team) … Led the Panthers with a .647 slugging percentage and finished second on the squad with a 1.020 OPS … Placed second on the team with a .373 on-base percentage … Stole three bases on the year … Went 3-for-3 with two homers at Boston College Apr. 23.
AS A SOPHOMORE (2020)
Played in 16 games, starting in seven … In 23 at-bats, registered five hits, one double, one home run and three runs … Finished tied for fourth on the team with six RBIs … Hit her first career home run, a grand slam, against Clemson on March 8 … Ended the 2020 season with a .217 batting average, .391 slugging percentage and a .724 OPS … Tied for first on the team in stolen bases with two … 2020 campaign cut short due to the coronavirus outbreak.
AS A FRESHMAN (2019)
Played in 40 games while making 11 starts primarily as an outfielder or pinch-runner … Went 2-for-3 while adding a run against Marshall … Collected hits against UCF and Saint Francis (Pa.) … Recorded at least one run in four straight games played against Duke, Ohio, North Carolina and Ohio State … Compiled two separate three-game run streaks … Finished the season with 12 runs, four hits and three walks … Added 15 putouts in the field.
HIGH SCHOOL
Attended Union Area High School where she played softball … Named to the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette All-Section team four times … Received Lawrence County MVP award and Lawrence County Athlete of the Year honors in senior season … As a pitcher, Seamans posted a career 1.93 ERA with 42 wins … Totaled 14 shutouts, 10 no hitters and seven perfect games in her four years … National Honor Society member.
