2021-22 Indoor: Competed in six meets for the Panthers as a graduate student … Threw a personal best in the shot put at the Virginia Tech Elite Meet (Feb. 4) with a distance of 51' 11.25" (15.83m), good enough for fifth place … Placed second in shot put at the YSU Icebreaker (Dec. 3) with a distance of 48' 0" (14.63m) … Took fifth place in shot put with a distance of 49' 1.75" (14.98m) at the Nittany Lion Challenge (Jan. 15) … Competed in the ACC Indoor Championships (Feb. 26) and threw a distance of 50' 1.75" (15.28m) to take home ninth place in shot put.

2021 Outdoor: Competed in six outdoor meets for the Panthers during her senior year… Started her outdoor season off strong with a victory in shot put at the Stan Romanoski Open (March 20) with a throw of 48’ 3.25” (14.71m) … Had a season best throw of 50’ 8.75” (15.46m) during the Raleigh Relays (March 27) where she took second place in shot put… Posted a fourth place finish in shot put during the Mountaineer Twilight meet (May 1) with a heave of 48’ 10.75” (14.90m)… Competed in the ACC Outdoor Championships (May 15) and finished in 11^th place in shot put with a throw of 49’ 3” (15.01m)… Named to the ACC Honor Roll for the second time.

2020-2021 Indoor: Appeared in four meets during her senior indoor season… Threw a career best 51’ 0.25” (15.55m) during the ACC Indoor Championships (Feb. 27), good enough to finish in sixth place and earned Second Team All-ACC honors for the first time in her career… Placed in the top four in shot put three times during her senior indoor campaign…Posted a second place finish in shot put with a throw of 48’ 11.5” (14.92m) at the Virginia Tech Challenge (Feb. 20)… Posted another second place finish in shot put at the Doc Hale Virginia Tech Elite meet (Feb. 6) with a heave of 48’ 5.5” (14.77m)… Came in fourth place in her first meet of the year at the Notre Dame Invitational, had a shot put throw of 45’ 3.5” (13.80m).

2020 Outdoor: Season canceled due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

2019-20 Indoor: Appeared in six meets for the Panthers during her first season... Closed out her first ACC Indoor Championships (Feb. 27) with a 13th place finish in the shot put with a heave of 46'1.25" (14.05m)... Opened her season with an impressive showing in the shot put as she notched the win at the Youngstown State Icebreaker (Dec. 6) with a throw of 48'0.75" (14.65m)... Posted a personal best throw of 48'8.25" (14.84m), the fourth best throw in program history, at the Virginia Tech Invitational (Jan. 17) as she claimed fifth place in the event... Took third place at the Nittany Lion Challenge (Jan. 11) with a throw of 47'1.00" (14.35m) and a sixth place finish at the Penn State National with a heave of 48'7.50" (14.82m).

2019 (At Western Michigan): Competed in nine indoor meets and eight outdoor meets as a sophomore at Western Michigan… earned a third place finish and seven points at the MAC Indoor Championships with a throw of 49’9.25” (15.17m)… collected three indoor victories in the shot put including the Ice Breaker dual meet, the Illini Open and the Ball State Tune-Up… notched a personal best throw of 49’9.75” (15.18m) at the Gladstein Invitational, taking home fourth place… took home a seventh place finish and earned two points in the shot put at the Outdoor MAC Championships with a throw of 49’5” (15.06m)… notched two victories, Big Blue Classic at EIU and Jack Shaw Classic, during the outdoor season.

2018 (At Western Michigan): Competed in eight meets during indoor season and eight during outdoor season... notched an indoor-best shot put distance of 47' 0.75' (14.34m) at the Meyo Invitational... took third overall indoors in the shot put at the GVSU Big Meet... competed at the Indoor MAC Championship in the shot put... threw season-best discus throw of 130' 11" (39.90m) to open the outdoor season at the Victor Lopez Classic... took third in the shot put outdoors at the Gibson Invitational... competed at the Outdoor MAC Championships in the shot put.

High School: Attended Warren Township high school… four-time all-conference and all-sectional in the shot put and four-time all-conference selection in the discus... qualified for state meet in all four years in the shot put, finishing as high as fifth during senior season... broke a 20-year school in shot put during senior season.
