CAREER (2014-20): Scored 954 points, 354 assists and 245 rebounds across her six-year career at Pitt... Finished her career averaging 8.2 points, 3.0 assists and 2.1 rebounds while starting 112 of her 117 career games... Shot a combined 34.5% from the floor, 28.5% from behind the arc and 73.2% from the free throw line in her career... Her 354 career assists and 103 career three-pointers made are both 11th most in program history... Finished her career leading Pitt in assists 49 times while playing 20+ minutes 100 times... Two-time team captain.
AS A SIXTH-YEAR (2019-20): Appeared and started in all 20 games before sustaining her third straight season-ending injury against Florida State (2/1)... Was enjoying the best season of her career as she was averaging career-high's in minutes (31.1 mpg) and points (12.1 ppg) while connecting on a career-high 43 three-pointers... Also averaged 2.3 apg and 1.8 rpg while shooting a career-high 33.6% from behind the arc... Scored in double figures in 15 of her 20 games while netting at least 17 points in each of the first four games of the season... Posted a career-best two 20+ point games... Netted a career-high 26 points on 7-for-19 from the floor including a career-high six three-pointers, four assists and three rebounds in the win over Central Connecticut State (11/11)... Finished off the win over Ole Miss (11/30) with 20 points, a season-high five rebounds and two assists across 33 minutes of work... AS A JUNIOR (2016-17): Started 27 of 29 games played at point guard… Led the Panthers with 3.4 assists per game… Nine double-figure scoring games… Led Pitt in assists a team-high 14 times… Second on the team with an .827 (43-of-52) free throw percentage… Contributed a season-high 17 points against Slippery Rock (Nov. 23)… Made a season-high eight assists versus Youngstown State (Nov. 14)… Pulled down a career-high seven rebounds against Virginia Tech (Feb. 16).
AS A SOPHOMORE (2015-16): Started all 31 games… Averaged 7.8 points, 2.0 rebounds and 3.8 assist per game… Ranked 10th in the ACC in assists per game… Her 117 total assists are the fourth most by player in a sophomore season in Pitt history… Led the team in assists 18 times… Had 10 double-figure scoring games… Scored a career-high 20 points against North Carolina in the ACC Tournament, and also added seven rebounds and six assists in helping Pitt earn its first-ever ACC Tournament victory… In Pitt’s regular season contest vs. UNC, tallied her first career double-double with 15 point and a career-high tying 10 assists… Also had 10 assists vs. Notre Dame… Named to the Paradise Jam All-Tournament Team for averaging 14.7 ppg over the three day tournament.
AS A FRESHMAN (2014-15): Appeared in all 32 games and started in 29 of those games... Was second on the team in assists with 75... Had her first career double-figure scoring game against Niagara on Nov. 17 with 11 points and three rebounds... Made her first career start vs. Michigan and had 12 points and five assists in an 85-64 victory... Scored double-digits in back-to-back games against Saint Francis and Delaware State, including a career-high 16 points vs. DSU... Dished out a career-best seven assists in a road win at Wake Forest... Tallied six games with 10 points or more as a freshmen.
HIGH SCHOOL: Rated the No. 18 position player by HoopGurlz and was given a four-star rating from Prospectnation.com... A two year varsity standout for Bolingbrook, Ill., Bugg averaged 15.2 points, 3.8 rebounds and two steals per game her senior season... Her senior year she was named to the AP (Press) All-State Team and to the IBCA (Coaches) All-State Team... She was also a two-time Chicago Sun Times All-Area Team member as well as being named to the South Suburban All-Area Team and to the Southwest Suburban All-Conference Team as a junior and a senior... Averaged 17 points, five rebounds, four steals and three assists as a junior... Two-time team captain... Also played volleyball for Bolingbrook... Four-time recipient of the Academic Excellence Award.
PERSONAL: Born Oct. 2, 1995... Daughter of Albert and Jennifer Bugg... Has one older brother, Armani who serves in the United States Air Force... earned her bachelor's degree in health sciences... Currently enrolled in graduate school at Pitt.
