Pitt To Play in State Farm Women's College Volleyball Showcase

PITTSBURGH - The Pitt volleyball team will play at PPG Paints Arena in the State Farm Women's College Volleyball Showcase against TCU and Arizona State from Aug. 31 to Sept 1. Match times are to be determined. This marks the first time since 2019 that the Panthers have played at the arena. National broadcast coverage will be provided by FOX and FS1.

The Panthers bring back 2024 AVCA National Player of the Year Olivia Babcock, AVCA Second Team All-American Bre Kelley and East Coast Region and All-ACC Freshman Team member, Ryla Jones for the 2025 campaign. Blaire Bayless and Haiti Tautua'a look to carry a heavy load for Pitt alongside transfers Emery Dupes, Brooke Mosher and Sophia Gregoire.

TCU had a successful 2024 season, resulting in an NCAA Tournament second round appearance. The Horned Frogs finished with a 13-5 Big 12 record last year and return familiar face and 2024 All-Big 12 Rookie Team member, Becca Kelley, sister of Bre Kelley.

The Panthers conclude the weekend against 2024 Big 12 Champion Arizona State on Sunday. The Sun Devils finished last season 30-3 and advanced to the second round of the NCAA Tournament before falling to Texas A&M.
