THE OPENING TIP
- Pitt (14-10, 5-8 ACC) returns home to host Miami (6-18, 2-11 ACC) Saturday, Feb. 15. Tipoff from the Petersen Events Center is set for 12 p.m. with Mike Monaco and Randolph Childress calling the action on ESPN2.

- Pitt is the only team in the NCAA with two players 6-3 or under averaging 15.0 points and 4.0 rebounds per game or better. Jaland Lowe (16.5 ppg., 4.1 rpg.) and Ishmael Leggett (15.9 ppg., 5.7 rpg.) are looking to become the first pair of Pitt guards to each average at least 15.0 points and 4.0 rebounds per game in the same season.
- Jaland Lowe (16.5 ppg., 4.1 rpg., 5.3 apg.) is one of eight players in the NCAA averaging at least 16.5 points, 4.0 rebounds, and 5.0 assists per game.
- Zack Austin leads the Panthers in three-point field goals (44) and blocked shots (42). He is the only player in the NCAA with at least 40 three-pointers and 40 blocks this season. Mouhamdou Gueye (2021-22) is the only other Panther to lead the team in blocks and three-pointers in a season.
- Ishmael Leggett is one of 11 players in the NCAA averaging at least 15.0 points, 5.5 rebounds, 2.5 assists, and 1.5 steals per game. He is looking to join Ricardo Greer (1999-2000) as the only Panthers to achieve those averages in a season.
- Cameron Corhen has scored in double figures 15 times and is averaging 10.5 points and 5.3 rebounds per game. He leads the Panthers in dunks (37) and offensive rebounds (46), while shooting 62.7 percent (106-of-169) from the field.
- Damian Dunn suffered a left arm injury last Saturday at North Carolina and is sidelined for the second time this season. He missed seven games early this season with a dislocated thumb on his shooting hand. Dunn is the Panthers' fourth-leading scorer at 9.9 points per game, while shooting 41.2 percent (21-of-51) from three-point range.
- Ishmael Leggett has scored 15 or more points in 17 of 23 games played this season. He leads the team in rebounds (132), while also ranking second in scoring (15.9 ppg.), assists (63), steals (40), and free throws (70).
- Guillermo Diaz Graham and Jorge Diaz Graham are a combined 27-of-61 (.443) from three-point range in ACC play.
- Ishmael Leggett leads the team in rebounding (5.7 rpg.) and is attempting to become the first Pitt guard to lead the team in rebounds in back-to-back seasons.
