
Pitt Welcomes Robert Morris to Station Square in Western PA Tuesday Tilt

PITTSBURGH, PA – Western Pennsylvania schools collide Tuesday night as Pitt Lacrosse welcomes Robert Morris to Highmark Stadium. The midweek prime time matchup is scheduled for a 6:30 PM start.
Last time out for the Panthers, they fell to No. 3 Syracuse in New York by a score of 16-7. Pitt closed the game strongly by outscoring Syracuse 6-4 in the second half. Junior Jenna Hendrickson scored two goals to lead the attack and holds the team lead with 31 goals. Freshman defender Megan Sheridan has put together a strong rookie campaing and leads the team with 21 ground balls and 19 caused turnovers.
Robert Morris enters Tuesday night's game with a 3-10 record under first-year head coach Courtney Grove. Three Colonials have over 20 points in 2024: Jenna Irwin 26 (22G, 4A), Lilli Hadden 22 (16G, 6A) and Colleen Tifft 21 (13G, 8A). Two goalies for RMU have over 60 saves with Sydney Riker (68) and Megan Shepley (64).
