
Panthers vs. Tigers for Final Home Game of 2024

PITTSBURGH, PA – Pitt Lacrosse looks to close the 2024 regular season with a bang, as the Panthers welcome the Clemson Tigers to Highmark Stadium Thursday afternoon. The ACC foes will face off at 4 PM in Station Square.
Pitt is seeking their first conference victory of the season. Last time out, Pitt fell to No. 16 North Carolina. Ava Washington scored a hat trick, the sixth game of 2024 that she scored at least three goals. Jenna Hendrickson scored two goals and added two ground balls and two caused turnovers for a versatile performance. Goalie Audrey Moran reached 300 saves for her career after posting a career-best 16 saves in the contest.
Clemson holds a 9-6 record and has won two ACC games thus far. The Tigers have lost two games in a row, falling to Boston College and Syracuse most recently. Three Tigers have recorded 30 points or more: Claire Bockstie 52 (37G, 15A), Natalie Shurtleff 33 (15G, 18A) and Regan Byrne 30 (27G, 3A). Emily Lamparter has played most of the minutes in the net for Clemson, and has made 111 saves while recording a .483 save percentage.
