PITTSBURGH – Pitt travels to Boston College for its final regular season road contest Saturday, March 2. Tipoff is set for 6:00 p.m. with Anish Shroff and Randolph Childress calling the action on the ACC Network.
THE OPENING TIP
- The Panthers enter Saturday’s contest tied for seventh in the ACC with a 9-8 league record. Pitt has won eight of its past 11 ACC games with four road wins in that span.
- Pitt ranks fourth in the NCAA among Power Conference teams with six road wins, including victories at No. 7 Duke and at No. 21 Virginia.

- Ishmael Leggett has emerged as one of the top sixth men in the ACC averaging 13.4 points and 4.8 rebounds per game, while going 17-of-43 (.395) from three-point range, off the bench over the past 11 contests.
- Jaland Lowe has 12 double-figure scoring games and is averaging 11.9 points, 3.0 rebounds, and 3.1 assists per game in ACC play. He has scored 10+ points in 11 of the past 12 games.

- Blake Hinson is five three-pointers shy of becoming the second player in program history with 100 or more threes in a season. He ranks seventh in the NCAA with 95 three-point field goals through 28 games.
- Pitt’s guard trio of Carlton Carrington (12.9 ppg.), Ishmael Leggett (12.3 ppg.), and Jaland Lowe (9.0 ppg.) combines to average 34.2 points, 13.1 rebounds, and 9.0 assists per game. All three players are shooting over 80 percent from the foul line with the group combining to go 178-of-216 (.824) from the charity stripe.

BY THE NUMBERS - INDIVIDUAL
- Blake Hinson has scored in double figures in 24 games and topped the 20-point mark 12 times. He ranks among the ACC leaders in scoring (T-3rd - 18.5 ppg.), three-pointers (1st - 95), and three-point percentage (5th - .415).
- Jaland Lowe is averaging 13.1 points, 3.4 rebounds, and 3.4 assists per game, while going 20-of-49 (.408) from three-point range, since joining the starting lineup 14 games ago. He has scored in double figures 11 times in that stretch, while also playing 30+ minutes in 11 of those contests.
- Carlton Carrington has scored in double figures 19 times with five or more assists on 12 occasions. He ranks second among ACC freshmen in rebounds (5.3 rpg.), and third in scoring (12.9 ppg.) and assists (4.1 apg.).
- Blake Hinson has made at least one three-pointer in 60 of 64 games as a Panther and is now 192-of-484 (.397) from three-point range in his career at Pitt. He is one of just six players in the ACC (since 1992-93) to make 95 or more threes in two or more seasons.
- Ishmael Leggett leads the Panthers in rebounding (5.3 rpg.) and steals (33), while ranking third in scoring (12.3 ppg.) and assists (57). He has scored in double figures 21 times including 10 of the past 11 games off the bench.
- Zack Austin is averaging 9.5 points, 10.0 rebounds, and 3.0 blocks per game over the past two games for the Panthers.
- Ishmael Leggett is averaging 14.3 points per game over the past three contests. He has scored 15 or more points in two of the past three games and eight times overall on the season.
- Blake Hinson is eight three-pointers shy of becoming the seventh Pitt player to reach 200 career threes.
