
Pitt Swimming and Diving Earns CSCAA All-America Team Honors

PITTSBURGH – The University of Pittsburgh men's and women's swimming and diving teams have been selected by the College Swimming and Diving Coaches Association of America (CSCAA) as a Fall Scholar All-America Team, announced Tuesday. The women earned a 3.58 GPA while the men posted a 3.25 to earn these honors.
Both of these Pitt programs earned national acknowledgment for their success in the classroom which was based on their Fall 2023 grade-point averages.
The CSCAA selected 783 teams from 461 institutions to the Scholar All-America Team for the 2023 Fall semester, totaling 18,716 student-athletes who achieved outstanding academic performances.
In order to qualify for this prestigious recognition, teams had to exhibit exceptional grade-point averages during the Fall 2023 semester. Of the 738 selected teams from 461 institutions, an impressive 595 achieved a GPA of 3.30 or above, earning eligibility for the Intercollegiate Coach Association Coalition All-Sport Academic Standings.
