
Coleman, Zuckerman Named ACC Impact Freshmen by D1Baseball

PITTSBURGH – D1Baseball.com recently named Aidan Coleman and Ryan Zuckerman as "Impact Freshmen" in the ACC for this upcoming season.
Aidan Coleman attended Ronald Reagan High School where he earned 2022 and 2023 First-Team All-State selections. The San Antonio, TX native was named to the 2023 Elite Team and was a Texas 6A All Star last year. Coleman played travel ball for the Lonestar Baseball Club where they were ranked by Perfect Game as the No. 2 team in the south region and the No. 17 team in the country. He finished high school with a 3.8 GPA and was a member of the National Honor Society.
Ryan Zuckerman played both baseball and basketball at Pennsbury High School. The 6'4 freshman was an All-Area Team selection as well as a Carpenter Cup selection in high school and was ranked as the No. 1 shortstop and No. 22 overall player in the state of Pennsylvania by Perfect Game. The Yardley, PA native was a Presidential Award Winner, an honor roll student and a member of the National Honor Society at Pennsbury.
The Panthers begin their 2024 season against Maine in Port Charlotte, FL on February 16. The Maine Black Bears are the defending American East Conference Champions.
Baseball season tickets are on sale now, Pitt opens up their home schedule with a nonconference matchup against Youngstown State on February 28 at 3 PM.
