Four Panthers Named to CSC Academic All-District Team

PITTSBURGH – Four members of the Pitt men's swimming and diving team were selected to the 2022-23 Academic All-District Team, as announced by the College Sports Communicators Tuesday afternoon.
Diver Cameron Cash (biology), swimmer Jerry Chen (computer science & rehabilitation science), fifth year Josh Parquet (biomedical sciences) and diver Jackson Salisbury (accounting) were named to the men's team.
To qualify for the CSC Academic All-District Team, student-athletes must a minimum 3.50 cumulative GPA and compete in at least 50 percent of the team's competitions.
Academic All-District honorees advance to the CSC Academic All-America ballot. First-, second- and third-team Academic All-America honorees will be announced in mid-March.
