Panthers Secure Fifth Seed in 2023 Ally ACC Women’s Soccer Tournament

PITTSBURGH – The University of Pittsburgh women's soccer team has secured the fifth seed in the 2023 Ally ACC Women's Soccer Tournament after completing their regular season contest 6-3-1 with 19 points.
This is the second consecutive time the Panthers have advanced to the postseason championships.
The fifth-seed Panthers are set to travel to Chapel Hill, NC to meet the fourth-see host North Carolina on Sunday, Oct. 29 in the first round of the tournament. The matchup will air live on the ACC Network and will kick off at 8 PM at Dorrance Field.
The winner of Sunday's contest will advance to the semifinals and will meet the No. seed Florida State on Thursday, Nov. 2. The next round of the tournament will take place in Cary, NC at the WakeMed Soccer Park.
